Due to the specialized nature and hygiene requirements of surgical products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on purchased items. Exchange Policy

If, however, you receive items that are damaged or if there was an error in the product delivered, please know that we are here to make it right. We offer a free exchange under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Exchange: Exchanges are available if the order meets one of these criteria:

  • Order Size: The order contains a minimum of 100 pieces.

  • Order Value: The total order amount exceeds Rs. 30,000.

• Conditions for Exchange: The exchange applies only to items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect product was shipped.

How to Request an Exchange

We aim to make the exchange process as seamless as possible. If you experience an issue, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us Promptly: Reach out to us via WhatsApp at +92 327 9428144 immediately upon receiving your order if there are any issues. Sharing clear photos and details of the affected items will help us expedite the process.

2. Fastest Shipping on Exchanges: For all eligible exchanges, we will arrange to send the correct items via the fastest delivery option available to your location, ensuring minimal disruption to your practice. 

3. NOTE: Marathon M3 Micromotor is non refundable / no exchange due to mechanical nature of equipment.
