4. What is your exchange policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives with damaged or incorrect items, we offer an exchange at no additional cost under the following conditions:
The order includes at least 100 pieces, or
The total order value is above Rs. 30,000.
In these cases, we will arrange an exchange and ship the correct items via the fastest delivery option available. Please contact us promptly via WhatsApp with photos and details of the affected items to expedite the exchange process.
